Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to terms
By enrolling in a plan with SPYRAX Studio, you (“Intern”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.
2. Services provided
We provide virtual internship programs (1-month or 3-month), add-on services (certificate, LOR, portfolio review, PPO access) through our online platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be a student or recent graduate, aged 18 or above, and enroll with accurate information. You must have necessary hardware/internet access to participate.
4. Payments & fees
The internship plan fees and any add-ons must be paid via our payment gateway before your batch begins.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes.
Refunds: Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable after batch start. We may offer partial credit at our discretion in case of extraordinary circumstances.
5. Intern’s responsibilities
Attend orientation and onboarding.
Complete assigned tasks, milestones, and project submissions within deadlines.
Maintain professional conduct, respect peers, mentors, and startup partners.
Not claim employment status by virtue of internship unless specifically hired (no guarantee of job).
Provide truthful information and keep your profile updated.
6. SPYRAX’s responsibilities
Provide mentorship, training materials, project assignments, feedback system.
Issue a certificate of completion upon successful and timely submission of required deliverables.
Facilitate placement/PPO access only for eligible interns as per criteria; placement is not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property & confidentiality
You agree that any work product created by you during the internship may be used by SPYRAX Studio or its partner startups; specific ownership rights will be communicated where applicable.
You must not disclose confidential information shared during your internship to third parties without permission.
8. Termination
SPYRAX Studio may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or behave unprofessionally. You may withdraw from the program by contacting us; refunds are subject to clause 4.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee job placement.
SPYRAX Studio is not an employer and the internship does not constitute employment.
We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions by posting an updated version on our website with a revised “Effective date”. Continued use after changes implies your consent.
